Overview

Grasshopper has been working with Bute Energy to facilitate their stakeholder and community engagement for the Nant Mithil Energy Park proposal for 31 wind turbines, a Development of National Significance in the Radnor Forest, Powys.

What we did

Bute Energy has committed to a two-stage consultation engagement process to engage communities over the whole development of their projects. Grasshopper delivered the process which aimed to raise awareness of the proposals to political stakeholders, local residents, and the wider community and interest groups.

For statutory pre-application consultation, we provided all the communications materials, distributed posters and site notices, organised events, analysed feedback and drafted the consultation reports.
