Joining us for our first event was Tom Giffard, Member of the Senedd for South Wales West. He presented a unique insight into how MSs and their teams prepare for First Minister’s Questions, how they build policy, and the important role Senedd committees play in shaping decisions.

Rob Osborne, national correspondent and Sharp End presenter at ITV Cymru Wales, joined us for our second event. A journalist for over a decade, he has won multiple awards, including Welsh Journalist of the Year at the Wales Media Awards. He provided us with a rare glimpse into how he prepares for broadcasts, what he looks for in a ‘good story,’ and shared insights on the broader media landscape.
