Overview

Sero was founded with a mission to support households across the UK on their journey to achieving net zero carbon. 

Every home typically emits 4 tonnes of CO2 annually, with households responsible for up to 40% of the UK’s carbon emissions. 

Sero combines industry leading construction and digital expertise to deliver ground-breaking living solutions, including the Sero digital Passport that provides property owners and developers with a clear set of steps to achieving a carbon zero portfolio for homes. 

 

What we did

Grasshopper has worked with Sero since 2019 to help build its profile as an industry disruptor and digital start-up that is driving forward innovation in home decarbonisation.  

This has included strategy support, media relations, social media and digital content creation, speaking opportunities, award submissions and stakeholder and political engagement. 

 

Outcome

Most recently Grasshopper has worked alongside Sero to help position them as market leaders and support its most recent funding round resulting in £5.5m investment from Legal & General and Hodge Bank.
